The following components are covered under the select coverage program:
HOT WATER HEATER:
Inner tank; pressure valve; burner assembly; thermostat; thermocouple; gas valve; electronic ignition assembly; PC board; control panel; heating elements; wiring harness and switches; fittings & connections.
WASTE SYSTEM:
Fittings, connections and piping in relation to shower, sink(s) and toilet; toilet (except electrical); holding tanks; vacuum breaker; gate valves; inlet valve; ball valve; probe harness and traps (except probes).
FRESH WATER SYSTEM:
Water pump; compressor; water tank; water lines; fittings (CPVC excluded); basic faucets and probe harness (excluding probes).
AIR CONDITIONING:
(Roof-mounted 110V or central) Compressor; evaporator; capacitors; relays; thermostat; condenser; heat pump; fans; PC boards; heating elements; heat strips; control panel; accumulator; expansion valve; receiver dryer; blower motor; bathroom vent motor; high / low cut-off switch; switches; electronic module; reversing valve; pressure cycling switch; ducts and ductwork.
RANGE AND OVEN:
Burner assembly; igniter; ignition assembly; thermostat; thermocouple; burner valves; microwave oven; convection oven; power hood; PC board; fittings; connections; and oven control valve.
LP GAS SYSTEM:
(Factory Installed or Factory Approved Dealer Installed): Regulators; gas bottles (except valves); mounting brackets; gauges; pigtails; LP lines; fittings; connections; automatic shut off system and shut off switches. LP detectors are covered; however, LP detectors can be added components. Coverage ONLY applies to LP detectors that are Factory Installed or Factory Approved Dealer Installed.
HEATING SYSTEM:
Furnace igniter; burner assembly; gas valve; thermostat; blower motor and assembly; heat pump; heat strips; fan motor; fans; fittings; connections; ducts and ductwork; PC boards; thermocouple; relays and switches.
REFRIGERATOR:
Thermostat; 2-way or 3-way cooling unit; burner assembly; igniter; control panel; PC board; thermocouples; eyebrow board and lower board; relays; switches; fittings; connections; electric heating elements and wiring harness.
AUXILIARY POWER PLANT / GENERATOR
(Factory Installed or Factory Approved Dealer Installed): All internally lubricated parts of the power plant engine; cylinder block and head (if damaged by a MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN of an internally lubricated part); starter; switches; voltage regulator; generator assembly; power converter; hour meter; inverter; interior monitor / control panel, and PC board.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS:
Inverters; power cable reel; interior monitor panel; modular circuit boards; electric heater; basic switches and outlets.
AUDIO SYSTEMS:
(Factory Installed or Factory Approved Dealer Installed): Non-in-dash stereo receiver, cassette and / or CD player.
CONVERTER / BATTERY CHARGER:
Cooling fan and motor; electric relays and circuit board.
VENTILATION AND EXHAUST FANS:

SEALS & GASKETS:
NEW UNITS: Seals and gaskets associated with all covered components listed above.

Ultimate
Ultimate coverage is exclusionary coverage, this means that EVERY component within your unit IS covered unless listed on a short list of exclusions.

Enhanced Service Call Benefit
Increase the on-site service call benefit to $400 per occurrence.
Mobility Equipment Package (factory installed)
Chair lift motors and assemblies, electric/hydraulic ramp controls and assemblies, adjustable seating mechanisms, adjustable pedal and steering control mechanisms, hoist and swing arm mechanisms, kneel systems,
door opening and closing systems that are part of the original conversion.
Deluxe Component Package (included with Ultimate)

Service Calls
Up to $200 for on-site service calls if your unit cannot be moved. Benefit can be increased to $400 with surcharge.
Trip Interruption
Up to $600 per occurrence available for hotel/meal expense if your RV is disabled more than 100 kms from home.
Food Spoilage
Up to $150 reimbursement per occurrence for food spoilage from a covered refrigerator repair.
North American Protection

An Xtended Contract covers you against the costs of unexpected mechanical breakdowns. With two different levels of coverage, we have the protection that meets your needs and budget.
Yes, our programs are fully insured by A rated insurance companies.
The total limit that will be covered per claim is the value of your vehicle at the time of breakdown. The total claims limit that will be paid out for the duration of your coverage is the purchase price of the vehicle.
Ultimate coverage is exclusionary coverage, this means that every component within your unit IS covered unless listed on a short list of exclusions. Select coverage is listed component coverage, meaning that the covered components can be found listed in the terms and conditions of your contract.
Although you can purchase a $0 deductible plan on new units, the standard plan includes a small deductible of $100 per breakdown. There are also options of a $50, $200 or $250 deductibles available.
Take your vehicle to a repair facility; inform that service department that you have Xtended coverage. The repair facility with diagnose the issue and contact our claims department for authorization for the repair. PRE-AUTHORIZATION MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE REPAIRS ARE STARTED. We deal directly with the repair facility to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.
You can take your vehicle to a licensed repair facility of your choice.
